  1. If we want to keep the wrinkles away, we should have a balanced diet (to eat low fat foods), drink water at least 2 liters a day and to follow some cosmetic treatments.
    Personally, at a friend's recommendation, I've choose to do a lifting at Skin Vitality (http://www.skinvitality.ca), because unfortunately when I was young I didn't take into account these simple steps for a soft skin.
