Boswellia Benefits | Other Benefits of Boswellia




Yesterday we talked about Boswellia's well known benefits in joint care and joint pain relief. However Boswellia or Shallaki as it is known in Sanskrit, is attributed with several other benefits as well.

    Boswellia is a tree whose bark and gum resin extracts are used for medical purposes. Its most important use is as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.     Bacopa and ADHD | Bacopa benefits for ADD and ADHD




    Bacopa herb also known water hyssop and Brahmi in Sanskrit is well known for its beneficial effects on the brain.
