5 Steps to Weight Loss Goals

1. Specific: Try to be specific as to what you will do and when you will do it.

2. Realistic: Choose to do something that is challenging but not overwhelming.

3. Measurable: Your goal should be trackable such as time spent exercising or food helpings taken.

4. Evaluating: Examine your goals frequently to see if they need to be changed.

5. Forgiving: Remind yourself it is ok to lapse sometimes. Avoid 'all or nothing' thinking.
